We have carefully searched and selected only the highest quality products for all of our services. Most of these are available for your purchase for home use. These products offer you the best results and prolong the benefits of the services you received at Shapers Salon & Spa. Our specialists will be delighted to advise you on products that are best for you. We also carry bath and body products, hair accessories, hair care styling tools and other gift items.

 ♦  Reservations and Cancellations

Your appointment is a commitment of our therapist's time.  Please have your credit card number handy when calling for reservations.  If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours ahead of time.  Should you fail to cancel, or otherwise "no show", we reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee to the credit card number your appointment is being held by.

 ♦  Check-in.

Your time with us is precious, and treatments begin promptly when scheduled.  Please take full advantage of your visit by coming in 15 minutes before your appointment so you can change, enjoy our facility and relax in our beautiful lounge area.  Although we will do our best to accomodate you, arriving late for your scheduled service(s) may deprive you of valuable treatment time, or require that you reschedule your service(s).
 

 ♦  To Cancel Your Appointment.

A minimum of 24 hours is required to avoid a charge when canceling any appointment.  A minimum of 48 hours is required to avoid a charge when canceling multiple services.  There will be a 50% charge for late cancellation and a 100% charge for no shows.  Appointments booked within 24 hours are 100% the responsibility of the client.
 

 ♦  We respectfully request that you turn off all cell phones and pagers.

The spa is an environment of relaxation and tranquility for all our guests.
 

 ♦  Please Do Not Bring Food To The Spa.

You are welcome to help yourself to snacks and beverages at our snack bar.
 

 ♦  We love kids, but

The Spa is a place where our adult guests come to rest and recharge their batteries.  So please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the Spa without your little ones.  Children, not receiving services are not permitted in treatment areas, or left unattended in the lobby.
 

 ♦  Prices.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.  If you have any questions, please ask when booking your appointment.
 

 ♦  Treatment Series.

Expire one year from date of purchase.  Treatment series are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 

 ♦  Gift Certificates and Gift Cards.

Must be presented at the time service. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, are non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or used toward gratuities.
 

 ♦  Payment Options

Cash, Personal Checks*, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Shapers Spa Gift Certificates.
*Returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge.
 

 ♦  Product Returns

ALL MAKEUP IS A FINAL SALE. A Shapers Spa credit will be issued for other products returned within 14 days of purchase, providing there is proof of purchase, products are in their original packaging, and no more than 20% used.
 

 ♦  Personal Property

Shapers Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home.

 ♦  Speak-up

Although we always try to be sensitive to our guests' specific needs, we rely on you to communicate your specific expectations openly, both before and during the treatment, if necessary.  Whether it be more extensive extractions, lighter or more intense massage pressure, square or round nail shaping, etc....  Our goal is to target and customize your facial, massage, or nail treatment to meet your expectations.  We are always honored when you choose Shapers Spa & Salon!
